Janice will be greatly missed as a loving wife, mother, sister and daughter by her family and many friends alike, in the UK and here in Spain.

We, at MACS, had the great pleasure of knowing Janice; she was an influential force in the set-up of MACS and would have helped to take us from strength to strength had her illness not stopped her.  She was a true fighter for causes she believed in and we were lucky she believed in MACS.   

As a true epitaph of her determination to make a difference, Janice requested that no flowers should be bought for her funeral, and that instead money should be donated to the Ellenor Lions Hospice.  The hospice, which is based in Gravesend and run entirely from donations and fundraising, cares for patients with life shortening illnesses. The facilities and staff there were an invaluable source of support throughout her illness and cared for Janice during her final weeks; and for their support she wanted to give something back.

It goes without saying that she will be missed, but she will be remembered with much love by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
