When a consultant writes a patient up for treatment and they are going to need an ambulance (necesito una ambulancia) he will give them a blue form (called a voluntay) which is an ambulance request. The patient then takes the form to a medical centre eg; the Urgencias in Mojacar and they will arrange an ambulance.
