Macs do not endorse any particular guide lists only guides with web pages so remember that many local and national groups are not yet on the Internet in Spain - your doctor or medico may be able to recommend a support group most suited to your needs. As well as 'face-to-face' support groups, there are a growing number of 'electronic' or 'virtual' support groups, where it is possible to communicate with other patients anywhere in the world. Remember health care systems vary from country to country and time changes treatments and group support structures.
